Chambers Landing Homeowners Association is a Texas Non-Profit Corporation.
The Association shall have the responsibility of administering and enforcing the Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) contained in the Declaration, including the collection and
disbursement of assessments created therein, through a Board of Directors.
