Dock Permit:  Our Dock Permit is issued annually through TARRANT REGIONAL WATER DISTRICT. The cost of the permit is determined by the square footage of our dock, plus a flat annual fee. Download

Reproduction and Copying Policy: This policy prescribes the costs associated with the compilation, production and reproduction of information requested by a Member of the Association.   Download

Records Retention Policy:  As required under Section 209.005 of the Texas Property Code, the Board of Directors of Chambers Landing have adopted a document retention policy for all books, records and files. Download

Payment Plan Guidelines: This policy provides guidelines for an alternative payment plan schedule allowing a Member to make partial payment to the Association. Download

Assessment Collection Policy: This Resolution provides specific procedures and guidelines for the collection of delinquent assessments. Download

Violation Enforcement Policy: This Resolution provides detailed procedures for the correction of violations to the Declaration. Download

Ratification of Board Actions: Resolution #2014-02 was approved and unanimously adopted by the elected Board of Directors on August 16, 2014, ratifying all action of the 2012, 2013, and 2014 Board Members, Officers and Committee Members. Download

Ratification of Reinstatement: Resolution #2014-03 was unanimously approved and adopted by the Board of Directors on August 31, 2014. Download

Mowing Policy: The Board desires to provide minimum standard mowing and maintenance guidelines to facilitate a greater understanding of the responsibility of property owners, as outlined in the Declaration.  Download
