Why
Does The Association Need My
Contact Information?
Communication is vital to
the successful operation of any organization. Every decision
made by your Board of Directors affects you. The Association
has a legal and moral obligation to keep every property
owner informed.
Because we are a small
community with limited resources, it is imperative that our
funds be spent wisely. This website was designed (at no
cost to the Association) to provide current resources to
the Membership. When a mailing is necessary, the cost to the
Association is around $50.00. The cost for emailing or
phoning Members is zero.
Additionally, we would
like to be able to contact owners should any property
related emergency ever arise. This may include fire, storm
related damage, trespassing, etc.

Volunteers Needed
